Route 32 Pkmn Center

It’s 11:28pm-- after hours in the Route 32 Pokemon Center where 8 teenagers are huddled in the lobby. Most of these places are in cities, or small towns, but this is one of few that stands alone in the wilderness. The staff stay overnight too, for a few days at a time.

It’s not unusual to see the lobby filled with sleeping bags and whispering teenagers at night. The pokemon center was not set up to house guests, but as young trainers travel south from Violet City they often find themselves here late at night, tired. Sometimes they become friends, they talk, swap stories about their journeys. Sometimes they learn things about themselves, about people, and friendship, and Pokemon. And then in the morning they continue their journeys, just a little older than they were the morning before.
